Ordering on STORE5a.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

3.) Do you have your entire inventory listed on your website?

Yes, however we add new items each week. If there is something that you are looking for, but cannot find, feel free to ask us for help!

5.) When I place an item in my cart, is the item reserved for me?

Unfortunately it is not. The only way to truly ensure that an item will not be sold to someone else, is to complete your checkout.

Absolutely. As long as you live within driving distance from any of our partner locations, we will gladly ship to those stores so that you can come in and experience the product in person. Just contact us to make arrangements.

Unless noted otherwise, once an order is placed the item will be shipped within 48 hours.

We are happy to offer free ground shipping as well as free in-store pickup at any of our Diamond Cellar parent companies. If you are so excited to receive your item that you don’t want to wait a day longer then you have to, we also offer overnight shipping for $40.00.



1.)What is your return policy?

As long as the item has not been worn or damaged we will refund the entire amount paid if it's returned within 14 days. If you purchased an item online then the 14 days start once you have received your package.

Many people come to us with jewelry or other luxury items that they don't know what to do with. Our experienced buyers help ensure that you get the best price possible for your luxury items. We offer both cash value for the item or the option for in-store credit that can be used at STORE 5a or any other Diamond Cellar Holdings retailer.

2.) How do I sell? 

There are two options. First you could simply visit our Sell Your Items page and add a brief description of the item, as well as the make, year (if known) and condition. Shortly after we receive your email we will provide you with an estimated price and further directions on how to sell your luxury item. Or, you can bring your luxury item to any of our Diamond Cellar stores and we can provide you with a purchase price while you wait in store.



1.) Will I be charged sales tax on my order from STORE5a.com?

If you live in, or are shipping the item to a location in Ohio, Texas or Oklahoma then yes.



1.) Is jewelry repair and ring sizing available?

Some rings are designed and crafted in materials that will not allow for re-sizing. However, with most rings we are able to adjust the ring size by 1 or 2 sizes. With access to some of the worlds best jewelers and goldsmiths we can help repair and restore nearly any jewelry piece.

2.) Can you repair jewelry that was purchased somewhere other than STORE 5a?

Yes, we would love to help!



1.) Does each jewelry piece come with an appraisal?

Yes, each pre-owned jewelry item comes with an appraisal. Appraisals are performed by a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America.

2.) How do I know the designer bag is authentic?

We take great pride in selling only 100% authentic designer bags and stand behind their authenticity. Many come with cards of authenticity and each has been thoroughly examined to ensure condition and authenticity.
