CHANGED YOUR MIND?


We completely stand behind our product and will guarantee it's authenticity however we also understand that there are times when a piece just isn’t right for you. Therefore, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Please note that we cannot accept refunds for items that have been worn or altered and must be accompanied by the sales receipt and any applicable warranty cards, manuals, or accessories.


ONLINE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Simply email us a ecom@STORE5a.com or give us a call at 614.454.4565. We will work with you to help you return or exchange your order. After processing your return, we will then email you with a pre-paid FedEx return label.

  2. Print the return label and ship your item within 14 days of the delivery date.

  3. We will refund you the entire price of the item!  We promise that all returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return package.



SHIPPING OPTIONS

We're happy to offer both free ground shipping and in-store pick up at any of our Diamond Cellar parent companies. At no charge to you, we can send your order by FedEx ground which may take 3-5 days once your order has been processed. On the other hand, if you’re in a hurry and just can’t quite wait that long, for $40.00 we can ship your order overnight. 

 

* Please allow up to two business days to process your order and be aware that any package shipped will require a signature upon delivery.
