Simply email us a ecom@STORE5a.com or give us a call at 614.454.4565. We will work with you to help you return or exchange your order. After processing your return, we will then email you with a pre-paid FedEx return label.
Print the return label and ship your item within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will refund you the entire price of the item! We promise that all returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return package.
We're happy to offer both free ground shipping and in-store pick up at any of our Diamond Cellar parent companies. At no charge to you, we can send your order by FedEx ground which may take 3-5 days once your order has been processed. On the other hand, if you’re in a hurry and just can’t quite wait that long, for $40.00 we can ship your order overnight.
