Warranty

Our in-house watch experts check and verify the authenticity of each and every piece so that customers are guaranteed to be purchasing a 100% real and genuine product. As part of the Diamond Cellar, each piece goes through our in-house team of Swiss-certified watchmakers, experienced technicians and refinishers. STORE 5a offers a limited warranty on every pre-owned watch sold either on our website or in-store.

If a problem arises with a warrantied product as a result of STORE 5a work or parts provided by its technicians, and within the two years (2 years) period, STORE 5a will repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution.

Battery replacement Water resistance testing Loss or theft

Damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as (but not limited to) knocks, dents, crushing, and scratching Water damage if watch is exposed to conditions outside of manufacturers specs

Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized by the STORE 5a ( in writing ) will render this warranty null and void. The warranty also does not cover wholesale/dealer orders. This warranty is not transferable.
