How our process benefits you:
Our association with the Diamond Cellar allows each piece to be serviced by a true jewelry, watch and handbag expert. Should a watch or jewelry piece ever need to be repaired or refurbished, you are guaranteed that all parts we use are authentic and will not need to be replaced by its manufacturer.
Authentication:
All previously owned watches, handbags and jewelry items are brought into our shop and put through a painstaking inspection by our experts. Our staff boasts over 70 years of experience and has a zero tolerance policy for fakes. Once inspected and authenticated it is ready for refurbishing.
Refurbishing:
Most items are refurbished or overhauled in our authorized service center but in some instances, due to inventory or further brand expertise needed, we may choose to send a watch back to the brand factory for refurbishing. This collaboration with our brand factories ensures the highest quality is retained. Once refurbished, each watch undergoes a water resistance test, amplitude test and a time test to ensure that it is performing to the standards of the brand. Upon successful completion of these tests we provide the watch with a one-year timekeeping warranty.
Appraisal:
Once a watch or jewelry item has been authenticated and refurbished, it is fully appraised by a Graduate Gemologist from GIA. This appraisal is given to a client during purchase. You’re not only preserving history for future generations but you’re also saving the environment, saving money, and preserving the value of your piece for many years to come.
***At STORE 5a we have a zero-tolerance policy for fakes and replicas. Analysis of all jewelry, handbags and watches is done by our expert trained, in-house professionals including Graduate Gemologists, horologists, and appraisers. STORE 5a is not affiliated with the brands that it carries and the brands are often not involved in the authentication process. We guarantee that each item is authentic and accurately described, or your money back.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We completely stand behind our product and will guarantee its authenticity; however, we also understand that there are times when a piece just isn’t right for you. Therefore, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery date or in store purchase. Please note that we cannot accept the return of items that have been worn or altered (including sizing and adjustments by our own shop) and all items must be accompanied by the sales receipt and any applicable warranty cards, manuals, or accessories.
ONLINE RETURN PROCESS
- Simply email us at ecom@STORE5a.com or give us a call at 614.454.4565. We will work with you to help you return or exchange your order, and a STORE 5a team member will provide you with a return label.
- Print the return label and attach to your package
- Take your item to the nearest FedEx location within 14 days of the delivery date

- We will refund you the entire price of the item! We promise that all returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return package.

IN-STORE RETURN PROCESS
You are welcome to return in store and online purchases to either of our STORE 5a locations. Simply bring your item (with any applicable accessories), receipt, and original form of payment.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCESS
You are welcome to email us at ecom@STORE5a.com or give us a call at 614.454.4565 to initiate a return. We are happy to provide you with a return label and necessary documents, however, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable as well.
At STORE 5a we understand that the perfect ring may not be the perfect fit. Because of that we offer our first ring sizing free! Typically rings can be altered 1.5 sizes up or down from their current size.
*Please note that eternity bands and other designs where stones wrap the band may not be able to be resized.
