We completely stand behind our product and will guarantee its authenticity; however, we also understand that there are times when a piece just isn’t right for you. Therefore, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery date or in store purchase. Please note that we cannot accept the return of items that have been worn or altered (including sizing and adjustments by our own shop) and all items must be accompanied by the sales receipt and any applicable warranty cards, manuals, or accessories.


ONLINE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Simply email us at ecom@STORE5a.com or give us a call at 614.454.4565. We will work with you to help you return or exchange your order, and a STORE 5a team member will provide you with a return label.
  2. Print the return label and attach to your package
  3. Take your item to the nearest FedEx location within 14 days of the delivery date

  1. We will refund you the entire price of the item!  We promise that all returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return package.

IN-STORE RETURN PROCESS

You are welcome to return in store and online purchases to either of our STORE 5a locations. Simply bring your item (with any applicable accessories), receipt, and original form of payment.

 

 INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCESS 

You are welcome to email us at ecom@STORE5a.com or give us a call at 614.454.4565 to initiate a return. We are happy to provide you with a return label and necessary documents, however, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable as well.
