TERMS OF SERVICE

1. STORE 5a's SITE

We are not affiliated with the brands sold on STORE 5a. However, we will cooperate with brands looking to track down the source of counterfeits, and may reveal contact information from those sellers.

STORE 5a is the premiere online marketplace providing you with access to sales of vintage and resale jewelry, handbags, watches and other luxury items.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Site.

2. AUTHENTICATION AND BRANDS

You acknowledge and agree that STORE 5a's authentication process is in-house and independent. Brands identified on the Site are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold, and none of the brands sold assumes any responsibility for any products purchased from or through the website. Brands sold on the Site are not partnered or affiliated with STORE 5a in any manner. However, STORE 5a fully cooperates with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit items, which includes revealing the contact information of consignors submitting counterfeit goods. 

The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of STORE 5a and other parties. You are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or sites on the Internet without the written permission of STORE 5a or such third party which may own the Marks. Information and content including any software programs available on or through the Service or Site (“Content”) may protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for any purpose.

3. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

STORE 5a grants you a limited license to access the Site for personal use. This license does not include any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any Content (defined below) available through the Site, uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party); uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in STORE 5a's sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on STORE 5a infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by STORE 5a to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by STORE 5a.

4. PRODUCT PRICING

Product prices may be inaccurately displayed on the Site due to system or typographical errors. While STORE 5a makes every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. STORE 5a reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and STORE 5a does not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If you purchase a Product with a listed price that is lower than its actual price, STORE 5a will, at STORE 5a's discretion, either contact you to notify you of the correct price before shipping the Product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the Product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. STORE 5a's prices are also subject to change without notice. STORE 5a apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause.

STORE 5a does not negotiate prices on STORE 5a Products and all prices are final.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

STORE 5a makes every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view the Products in great detail, some Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in STORE 5a photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

STORE 5a's objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can get the details of a particular item.

6. APPRAISAL REPORT

STORE 5a will provide an appraisal report for jewelry and watch products that you purchase. The report sets forth STORE 5a's statement regarding the verification of a Product pursuant to STORE 5a's or STORE 5a vendor partner's examination of the Product. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a material misstatement by STORE 5a on a Certificate for a particular Product is the return of such Product and a refund of the purchase price.
